Is unwilling to answer emails. They acknowledge that they received them, but refuses to let me document anything in writing

I have a loan with Ameriloan. I had identity theft and had to close my bank account and open a new one. I contacted Ameriloan and told them what had happened. I explained that I will not release any banking information due to identity theft. I asked them for a physical address not a PO Box so I could mail a payment. They refused.

I have emailed them 4 times in the last 2 weeks asking for all corresonpondence be in writing so I have documention for myself. They call but refuse to answer my emails. I answered when they called and they acknowledged that they have received my emails. I asked why they won't respond back and all they will say is that they want my bank account information or I am going to collections.

I was paying them $225 every 2 weeks but my balance never went down. Then I looked at the state of Illinois and interest rate and found that I am overpaying them on this so called interest. I also asked them through email about that and of course no responce. But they do send me emails stating I am past due and I am going to collections.
