Collection Letter Says I Owe on Credit Card I Never Had

To whom it may concern ; I have received a letter saying that I owed Macy which I never had a credit card with Macy. I'm really concern about this cause there using my named with Veronica [removed] and I dont used that named. My named is Veronica [removed] c. Please call me at 602 xxx-xxxx. I need to get this fix as soon as possible.
