You are a winner sweepstakes Scam. A letter from "Sure Financial Incorporated" informing you of a large cash sweepstakes winning accomplanied by a bogus check. They want you to cash the check to pay them a processing fee. Do not believe it, they gain your bank information from the cashed check, which will be found to be a bad check.
The money you will be responsible for plus they want you to pay them a hefty processing fee which is more money lost. Report them just like I did to the FTC and the bank upon which the check was written. Take the check with the letter to the local branch of the bank for their fraud department to investigate. That will make you feel much better.
