Started out with a conventional loan at Ford Financial. My loan to Associates and it ended up at Citifinancial. I know it was a conventional loan because like most conventional loans you have a 15 day grace period before the payment is considered late.
After Citifinancial started servicing my loan, I went from a $96,000 loan to an original amount as of this date of $141,000 — they say I owe $23,000 in taxes for the years 1998 - 2003; plus interest and an additional $6,500 for 3 months that I owed and they were going to foreclose. I am in bankruptcy right now and need an attorney like Mike, from St. Louis, Missouri that can help me verify what I really owe. This is a total ripoff. Right now I am in Bankruptcy. Please is there someone out there that can help!
