ACS IN CORP they sent me a email saying i was going to be arressted for fraud charges

I have been called several times and harrased at my job and home telling me i, m going to be sued because i owe a paydayloan but when i ask the name of the company they said well if you dont owe one why you want the name of the company for. So i said my personal loans are my business not yours and he said i can put your socail on hold and you will be in trouble. But ever time they call they get smart and hatefull then want to know if i im married that way my husband could pay. It it is just scary to know that they have all my info and can act like this
