My card is being declined and I have funds. I was attempting to make a purchase and my purchase was declined. I called the support number and was told that my card was fine. I attempted to go to the ATM and the card told me to contact member services. I am sitting in line with no gas calling customer service and no one is able to explain what is going on. I have called every number on the card and on line. I am going to Facebook, Twitter, and every other social media site. I can find nothing to indicate why my account should be held.
