Personal payday advance John Harper stated that he had my social security number, my checking account info and stated it was in my best interest to appear in small claims court or prepare to pay the consequences

I received a call from a man named John Harper. Stated he was calling me regarding an important legal matter. The matter was regarding a payday advance with my checking account number, my name, my social security number and my address.

I told him that I had not received any money from this company on the date stated by him. He again asked if I was going to take care of this matter and if not that I was going to face the legal consequences. I should appear in Peoria Az small claims court tomorrow with my attorney.
