Our issues with Vystar start in May after being truly a participant for nearly ten years... Our bank account became overdrawn... I named and requested Vystar to shut my bill... The repersentative explained my consideration needed an optimistic stability before it may be shut... Lacking the cash to fix the problem until my payday... I thought significantly comfortable simply because I'd never had an issue with Vystar previously.
On June 18th my pay published to my banking account getting it present... I created two calls first to confirm the unfavorable stability have been introduced present... After talking to CSR... She did confirm that my consideration was today present and what my stability was following the costs have been obtained... I requested when might my consideration be reopen... She stated unsure but when it had been her choice she'd not reopen my consideration provided my exercise during the last couple weeks... I became afraid... And so I informed the CSR I'd call-back later... After considering the problem for that remaining evening... I chose to shut my bill... Around 6:40 I contact and shut my bill... Atleast that is what I had been cause think... The CSR explained my checking account have been shut and also the outstanding balance have been move to my saving account.
On June 23, I closed online to check on my saving balance... Well it was the start of my issues with Vystar Credit Union... Not just was my bank account however available it had been overdrawn more then $320.00 again-this time-not my problem... On June 24th I named and questioned why was was my checking accout still available... I had been informed there is no report of my bank account actually being shut... I had been like are you kidding me not just was bank account assume to become shut the CSR also purchase me a ATM card... I actually offered my new ATM card number... I inquired when they might pay attention to the phone call of the individual that put the purchase for that ATM card... I had been informed until I understood the child title... Our bank account wouldn't be shut but stay available... I named supervisor after supervisor and talked quite comfortably to every one of them-but to no avail... I had been altogether shock.
Our ultimate concept was to create the financial institution Leader and questioned if he might evaluate my bill... However, you visitor it-no solution... I pleaded nearly begged for support but... Not just one simple response... Not just is my bill however available it's... Overdrawn more then $2500... NO! Used to donot create useless checks... Our poor condition was created toughest... Becuase of 1 easy demand... Shut my bill... I am sur my consideration is likely to be delivered to selection Company for the money I-donot truly owe!!
I Have arrived at the final outcome that no lender, credit union, or fund organization treatment to amit whenthey've created an error... Admit it a hanous error was created... Unfortunely Me the client will need to taken care of it.
