I thought about filing this last March, but at that time, I was the only one out there or so I thought...
I joined GSI, or Gary Shawkey International back in 2002. I paid a subscription to use his safelist of $26 per month.
In July of I invested $600 in shares for his company, because he promised a very high rate of return for a CD co-op that was supposed to be launching. It never launched
In Late September, Early Oct. Of I was told by Gary Shawkey, that the deal was not going to happen and that I would receive a refund if I asked for one. I sent in my request, and waited for over a month for nothing.
Then in November, Gary Shawkey promised that if I just left my money in there that I would be able to get a greater return because GSI was merging with another company. I was still waiting for the refund, and told him that I wanted my money back for the investment side of it. But that I would stay with the company with his new set up for Poweretools. I paid him $197 for a lifetime subscription to the package, with the stipulation that I paid an annual fee of $50.
That merger also fell through. Then He said that he was aligning himself with Vartec Excel, and that we would all be rich from this alignment. The actual email
of the promise that he made to people for The excel opportunity is below. He again asked me to leave my $600 investment in, and this time I did.
He is claiming now, and has even told excel that he never made this promise. After he suckered us in with this promise, he then stole my reps that I brought in and put them in his own downline. He did this to many other people, including a woman that I had become good friends with.
This woman committed suicide back in March of this year because her husband and her had given Gary Shawkey $500,000 and she was losing her home. 2 days before she died, she told me that she didn't want to lose her house that she was being forced to sell it. Two days later she was gone, and this slimeball, Gary Shawkey had the nerve to try and use her death to motivate his marketing team, with words like "let's do it for her" I left the company about a week after her death.
She alone brought in over 300 people, and He stole all of her reps, and left her with 12, while he got to the top. He never signed up GSI as a Rep of Excel, the position is held under his personal name.
For this excel opportunity I put in over $2,000, plus paid for a friend to get in at $400, plus all the advertising I paid for. You can see what he promised people if they joined, and it never happened. I personally signed up 5 reps, and he took them... Only gave me one... He took the reps from the people that I brought in too, and never gave them one back. He owes me
for those reps, but he promised us 12 reps and 20 customers for ourselves and each of the 12 reps. That is 3 lifetimes of residual income.
I wrote a 60 page email to excel, with every promise he made from that venture through to April, as I continue to this day to watch him, and told excel that he never came through with those promises and about him stealing peoples reps and customers. They did nothing about him. I asked for a refund from Gary Shawkey, he basically told me "the checks in the mail" But it has never shown up.
In an email Gary sent to me last night, he has stated
now that he is selling all of his businesses to a Nevada Corporation because of all the negativity and people talking behind his back. He said in that email that people are attacking his integrity and that there are only a few of us that are attacking him... Well there are a lot more than a few
And my question is, why are so many people emailing him, sending him postal mail, calling him, and threatening him, if there isn't truth to what we are saying. I would post that email in here too, but I don't know if I can. It is coming up on a year from the date he made the promise with excel. We were supposed to be paid last DECEMBER. No wonder people are attacking his integrity!
I can tell you this, he is not selling his companines to any other corporation other than his own Nevada Corp. Nevada Corporations have anonomous owners, and I find it Ironic that he is selling all of his companies to one Nevada Corp, but doesn't name who they are.
But hey, I did recieve a paypal payment last night for $14.97 from Gary Shawkey... That is the only amount of money I have seen for my refund that I asked him for back in March of over $3,000. Truly the man owes me and many other people hundreds of thousands of dollars for lost residual income from the promise that he made, and NEVER kept.
I just want him stopped, so that no other people have to lose their house, or their life for this sensational Con Artist.

Yesterday, I sent everyone an email with the subject line "Urgent BizOppAlliance Update" and have included that email under my signature below for your review. I expressed to everyone that I would be having my personal A-Team sending out letters to the membership expressing how important it is to review all of the information.
Guess what?

Absolutely unbelievable!
People joined the Business Opportunity Alliance and the GSI Marketing Group because they wanted things to happen for them. And now that we are making those things happen, some scream spam and act like little kids who do not understand the importance of what we are doing. They do not see the overall picture of how this strategic alliance helps EVERYONE in concern.
Everyone needs to understand and we all need to get the word out that...
