This company does business on a sly. You must fax refinance documents back to them which they faxed to you. I did this two prior to the loan due date. On the day before the loan was due they pretended that they did'nt receive the ACH portion of the doucument. They called my home during the hours they knew I would be at work making me unable to be aware of the the problem. They also called the day before to tell me about the document they did'nt receive. I immediately faxed it to them a second time. If they did't get it the second time I sent it, they
failed to make me aware of it. After I returned home from work and discovered the answering machine message I called them. It was then to late for me to reach another fax machine to re-send the document a third time because they were closing in one hour.
The company knew it was to late for me to do anything. Therefore, I couldn't get the refinance option and was to forced to pay for the loan in full at a time when I could'nt spare it. The cash loan team offered me no other help or solutions. It was a sure way to get the loan back without the refinancing by pretending not to receive my faxed documents. I was left in a worse financial state than before I borrowed the loan. Don't go there.
