Do not use this company!!!

Booking references A10029093 and A10029010

I made two bookings in December and was charged £500 and £250 security deposits. Although they were for the same class of van, the deposits were different (a warning sign...)

One month later I have still not had these refunds. I have made over 10 calls and sent 3 emails. A1 use a number of delaying / lying tactics to hold you off and keep your refund for as long as possible ("all of the managers are unavailable", "the refund has been made, it will be in your account in 3 days", "you are not allowed to speak to our accounts team", "your credit card provider declined the refund").

I have spoken to 2 managers - Mick Daniels and David Norris. Both of these assured me that the refunds had been made but that it takes 2 working days for the refund to reach my credit card (unlikely).

Sadly, there is still no refund, I am pursuing it with American Express payment disputes and then will be taking A1 to the small claims court and asking trading standards to investigate.
