I bought the two item tests from an advertisement on Facebook on 2nd Dec. Tests didn't appear but my charge card was debited $75.68 on 17 Dec. I've sent them-but no reaction. I named the phone number (worldwide phone) but was on-hold forever. The only path to prevent potential regular direct debits would be to record the fraud for your lender and stop your creditcard.
