Very bad service and bad business practices. Recognizing fake signatures. Not correspondence orphone calls about the claims on the trust fund.
Claim # CL20123842. This is claim on New England Produce Inc. Trust fund. I made claim on 2/13. But i was not informed about the dropping claim by regular mail. My signature was forged by the either "New England Produce Inc" or "Liberty National Financial Corp" in order not pay the claim.
I was not informed about the dropping the claim until i call "Liberty"."Liberty" asked me to re-claim the money $1000.00 by by doing the paper work again. I was given Claim # CL20124126 on 4/30. No response about the status of the claim. Not answering my phone calls about the claim. No correspondence about the claim. Looks like not worried about the claim.
By asking me to re-claim the money, i was put on the back of the line from from. I was in the front of the line. I was pushed to the back of the line because of Liberty's inefficiency and incompetence. Not able to verify the signature on the letter is the biggest mistake done by the Liberty's existence.
Do the settlement based on the first Claim # CL20123842. Answer the phone calls from me. Be open about the process how they are processing. I need to know where the $10,000.00 gone and which claims. Stop playing the game of hide-and-seek. Be honest.
