Really, what LEGITIMATE business doesn't take a debit/credit card either online or at least over the phone??? I'm not paying with my checking or savings and I'm NOT giving them my bank account numbers! If they refuse my form of payment, does that mean that they don't want my payment??? What kind of slip-shod business is this??? When I sent them an inquiry, it took them 4 days to answer me... REALLY?!?! Then informed me that my payment was late. Duh!!! You took 4 days to answer me!!! No matter what I have to do, I'm consolidating this loan to another agency. I never signed with them anyway—AES bought my loan. They suck...
