Phishing copied site sends fake invoices - Bill me Late

Bill me later is compromised. Phising sites call and send emails with professional sites to give them your information so they can fake waving charges. It is a major scam I confirmed with PayPal. When I called the real Bill Me Later they had not heard of it even though warnings are all over the net. No Way To Run A Service Business
