Fake Charge Waiver Calls and Emails Phish for Your Information

Bill Me Later is compromised. Phishing sites call and send emails with professional sites to get your information so they can fake waiving charges. It is a major scam, and I confirmed it with PayPal. When I called the real Bill Me Later, they had not heard of it, even though warnings are all over the net.

No way to run a service business.
