Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices involving extending terms on telrphone directory advertising, fraudulent internet and website solicitations

I m a lawyer examining statements of The Fruit Organization aka Windstream stretching flow times for phone service yellow pages marketing beyond the yearly period displayed and ongoing to statement for weeks beyond the twelve-month period contract without posting the "new" phone guide for that next year until everywhere from the few to many weeks into that year time. This occurred to the company and it is evidently a routine of company for these businesses.in my opinion this really is an unjust and misleading business training and could be thinking about reading from other people that has or has been offended by this strategy.
