This company performs Litagation and Collections on Deceased accounts. However I have had numerous reports of scandals involving identity theft of those accounts handled by the company. When Management is advised of these doings. They take no action.
Financial Institutions & honest people are trusting this company to handle accounts in a delicate manner and this is not the case. We investigated further and found that the company does not perform background checks nor do they screen for drug use of their employees.
I've been advised that the use of drugs occurs on and off the company property. We have testimonials from current and former employees that the hiring process is considered absolutely careless considering the employer knows nothing about the employee being trusted with the identities of many. We are well prepared to contact all media concering this issue. As it is our job to do so.
