I was whatching tv in a spanish channel 62 were i saw an infomertial for a credit card. I called the number and a receptionist asked my name and number said someone would call me back. A guy by the name of juan garcia called me. At first he asked me if what the purpose of my call was so i told him that i would like to establish credit. Thats what the commercial was saying it was for people wth bad credit or no credit at all and that even if you dont have a job you would qualify for an instant credit of 5,000 dollars. Before he started telling me about the card he told me not to ask him any questions until he was done talking.
I started writing down evrything i could regarding the card. When he stoped talking i started to ask simple question like: can i purchase anywere i whant he would anser any were you want except get cash back or at gasoline stations. So i asked again so can i purchase any were i want his response was the same he never mentioned a catalog. So he convinced me scince i have been trying to establish credit and also because he said that his co. Reports it to the credit bureau scince that is what i need, he asked for my info questions like: home address, hm number work address and number and social security and ofcorse a $299 money order did not accept cks or cash so ups would deliver my credit card in 48 hrs.
When the ups guy came i gave him the money order for the amount they requested i was exided i was going to start shoping when i open the package and saw the card it was not a credit card it did not even have my name on it and in the back it has very tiny letters that say: this ncard is only authorized for usage with titanium card usa affiliated stores and products. I was so angry that i called them and ofcorse scince i asked to speak to a manager or supervisor i was not geting a response no one would call me back.
I keept calling everyday 2-3 times and the same girl would pick up the phone would ask me for my name and # and that some one would call me back. Every time i would call i told her that it was me again calling back scince no one was calling me. Finally after a whole week of trying someone called me he saked what the problem was and i told him that they lied to me they never told me that this card was for use for this spacific co. And that eather i can purchase by catalog or through the internet.
I told him i wanted my $299 dollars back and i did not want this card thats why i haven't activated it yet so he said to me you are still going to get a nother card from us i said no all i want is my money back you have my address please mail it to me he said ok i would get it in 7-10 days i am still waiting to see what happens.
