No reply on demand discount book

I've had repetitions. At my bank eagledale buying ceter brach, indpls indianapolis 46222 to matter me a discount guide to get a residential home and so I could make my normal payments. It hasbeen more than 3 months but still no discount book or perhaps a telephone call or notice explainging exactly what the issue may be. I am paid-up through september. Of 2012. My interest clock is ticking. Costing me curiosity cash every day that moves by. Not great company, how difficult to mail-me a discount guide, seriously fifth/next bank allows et using the program. Terrible customer support and incredibly rude people about the phone. I can't wait to obtain my responsibilities compensated entirely to eliminate this bank, frustrated once they purchased out individuals bank, it was an excellent family-owned bank...
