I've never dealt with such unprofessional individuals in my life. Julie Ingham is aggressive and a down right bully. When closing on my house, I found random negotiation fees and excessive fee charges. I confronted the company about this, officer Julie Ingram mimicked me to my face! I'd never hire someone like this for my own business. I pulled my closing from this company and took my business elsewhere. I told all my friends and family and I'm telling the public - Buyers be ware of extra fees NOT legally required in a real estate transaction!
