Frederick i have seen proof that he has, he is not who he claims to be. Be careful as client or investor because the deals will go bad and lots of money will vanish. Dr Fred Gambrell is a Con man. He promises important people that he will arrange financing and funding on there projects only to drag them on for months while violating non disclosure agreements and passing private documents around to others. He claims to be and have contacts from Pepsi CEO to more fortune 500 companies. Do not engage in business with this man.
