Early in November, an insert came with our American Express bill that offered a number of low cost items. My wife ordered them for Christmas gifts. We called NSS on December 10 (the number was given to us by American Express) and they said the gifts would be shipped on 12/20.
As of January 9, there is no sign of the items ordered. I called AMEX, they gave me the address of NSS, but had no phone number on record this time! I tracked them company down through usacomplaints.com.
I called the Magazine # listed here, eventually got a person, got a new number and spoke with Michael Alfred who claimed he canceled the order, but could not provide a cancellation number, he could only provide his name.
He said that the person whose name I received from AMEX (Michael Lomb) did not exist with the NSS company. He claimed that the new shipment date for the products that I ordered was now January 26,2002.
I have every reason to believe that they would never be delivered. Now we will see if the charges get reversed!
