After weeks invested rescheduling the WOW costs (ceased playing), I believed the problem have been solved. Five weeks later, a cost seemed on my charge card. It got 3 attempts to access it their customer support "line", where I had been on-hold just for under 90 minutes. Originally, the consultant declined to credit my consideration, treating the cost, requiring that "somebody" had approved it (not too). He ultimately decided to quit getting and return the cash. I used a lot of time solving a $16.33 issue, but I dislike to consider when they do this to a lot of individuals, they're creating a bundle pulling people off.
