A1 National Van Hire
3 months and still no return of my deposit - VAN HIRE

A1 National took a £250 deposit in October. It is now mid January and I have still not had it back, in spite of numerous 'phone calls and emails.
From other comments on this web site it appears my experience is all too common. I wish I had seen the reviews before using this company.
