State Auto is gearing up for the fight of their lives in Indiana. Their well-documented deceitful practices are becoming legendary especially in the midwest.
This most recent set of complaints were not only recorded, but released to the media and now State Auto will be scrambling. Several car accident denials when their insured was clearly at fault and documented as such with police. Six claims, some by third parties, that used non-accredited appraisals to try and intimidate claimants. And at least twelve injuries caused by their insureds that have been denied despite being well-documented by experts, police, and doctors. Couple this with their downgrade in ratings from industry watchdog Standard & Poors, and you have the recipe for disaster. Add in the former employees that have stepped forward, and uh-oh, it's hitting the fan.
So, State Auto, what will you do? Dare we ask that you become honest, and treat claimants fairly? Or did you not think you would be caught? We feel the latter may be the correct answer, and that is why we give a big thumbs up to all the lawsuits that have been filed, are in the process of being filed, and the inevitable class-action headed your way. See you in court! (And in the news)
