I have just read that Homesite Insurance is not rated by AM Best. I have read complaints and other reviews, and they are uniformly bad. Needless to say, I am really discouraged. I want an accurate response from the insurance co. To these major complaints of poor communication (universal), misrepresentation and possible outright lying re: claims, no AM Best rating-why? -and odd way of determining value of home to be insured.
