I have received AMAZING customer service for the last 4.5 years from Fry's Electronics via my service contract for my Macbook at the Gwinett location. Whoever was working yesterday at the service deck, mainly the supervisor, was especially helpful. I just wanted to thank you for keeping my computer working all four years of my college experience and beyond. It still is working relatively well, but it is about time for a new computer. I will definitely be shopping at Fry's!
