I had been a person for several years and turned disappointed using the support offered.
I ended my support and was equipped a return tag to come back a device. 8 weeks later there is a fee for disappointment to come back the device, that was delivered back for them. Today they cannot think it is an wish to cost me. Apparently they cannot recredit my bill till they are able to find the device.
Their customer service is awful don't purchase their support. Look for a more reliable service supplier for the online sites.
