They said i was approved for a grant. They charged $3.98 then when i looked i was also charged $9.98 also. They lied Internet

I was ripped off by support@us financialresources. They said that they was only going to charge me $3.98cents, but theyalso charge me $9.98, when i checked my bank account. They are liars!!
