I signed up to use a live face on web model for a website that I had. I paid the agreed upon price of 207.00. The next month I noticed that there was a charge on my credit card again for 207.00.
When I called the company and spoke with the sales person I was told that I was using the model on 2 websites and I merely changed the name of the website for marketing and Search Engine Optimization. They refused to give me a credit and said that the license was for 1 url yet that was all I was using it for. I just changed the name to something more relevant.
They also told me that I was using it on 4 websites which is impossible.
I am now disputing the charge on my credit card.
