Grange refused to refund our money although the credit union had accidentally paid two home owner's companies—We had dropped Grange. Too little coverage for too much money. I am disabled and my husband is a veteran and now the bank is charging us an extra 100 on our mortage to make up the difference. Grange said to get a refund it had to be within 30 days! They suck!
