John Moore pays himself well. The average yearly salary at efloortrade is $70,000. John Moore is probably paid 20 times that amount or 1,400, 000.00 yearly salary. He adds to his salary by defrauding and churning my accounts. He can afford all the best and finer things in life. Things like dinner at the French Laundry during his vacation to California in 2011. Ive never been. I was invited by John Moore to have dinner with him at the French Laundry in Napa during his 2011 visit. At the time i thought it was a very nice gesture.
Dinner at the french laundry is not cheap and could easily be $1,500 for a party of four. It was odd he called me two hrs before dinner to give me the invitation. It was a weeknight and my wife works 40hrs a week, i had to decline the dinner invitation. Chris Moore later told me i was invited because a prospect John was cultivating had not shown up for a meeting. That prospect will never know how lucky he was to miss that meeting. John called me as a plan B.
John was worried he might only have himself and his wife and might be required to pay for a party of four. He called me at the last minute in an effort to keep his business dinner tax write off. John is very glib and acts as if hes my best friend then turns around defrauds and churns my account as if it was his job. I dont need friends like John who pretend to be my friend promise they will be vigilant about managing my account and then not do it.
Chris Moore has the nerve to give me the value of my account in euros instead of dollars. And they argue they were doing me a favor by loosing all my money. Ive been banging my head trying to figure what the favor was. Maybe it was blowing my account from $150,000USD to $70,000USD? Thats no favor. Maybe it was churning my account for $6740.00 in commissions in a few days. No, thats not it. Maybe he thought he was protecting me and him. Thats it.
That way he wouldnt need to tell me the bad news and how much churning and money he lost. I think thats the answer. He was protecting my ears from finding out about the bad news and the money he lost. He thought if he could just keep the truth from me a little longer he might be able to churn my account and disguise it. He was going to make it look like i made money when he was actually churning my account.
He probably thought I wouldnt figure it out if he was making a profit. But he blew it, and he made no profit to hide his churning. He was discovered. I found out and now im telling the public whats in the public interest, the truth. John Moore, Chris Moore and efloortrade are bad people who run a dishonest unethical brokerage. They will do anything to sweep this away and keep the public from finding out.
John is probably sweating bullets right now thinking about what he did and what his strategy will be to sweep it under the rug. John, you need to run an honest business so things like this dont happen. You wont need to have a cover your ass department if you run a kosher business. John has been churning and defrauding with impunity for so long he doesnt think twice about doing it. He really does need an a* covering department at efloortrade. I think he calls it compliance.
Mrs Moores job is to stand by with toilet paper for when John gets in trouble. She wipes Johns tuches. John likes to spend his time hurting, screwing, destroying and blowing clients off like they are dust in the wind. Just another day at the office for John and Chris. They both have the pattern of a sociopath as its defined. They are very sick people. The mentally ill usually dont know and deny anything could be wrong with them. Dont let there friendly glib persona fool you. These guys would be my golf caddy or shining my shoes if life was fair.
A Sociopath can hypnotize people to think they are the greatest. Thats how people like an Adolph Hitler come to power. Hypnotizing, powerful, sick, glib, homicidal and able to manipulate others. That is John and Chris Moore at efloortrade. I dont know if they are homicidal but no question about it, they tried to kill me financially. If John and Chris were anywhere else but efloortrade, people would see through the 3 piece suit disguise and recognize there defective personalities. We should put them where they cant hurt others and they can get the help they need.
Why does it take the average investor/trader so long to find out about and expose, really bad broker wrongdoing? It takes too long. I think the name Bernie Madoff and i wonder why is their still so much wrongdoing in the financial markets. Most of them are playing with other peoples money like john Moore is. If broker/client money was co-mingled and auto trading brokers had some skin in the game, the results would be very different. It would help to prove the commodity auto traders like John are looking out for his client best interest.
