About The job
This is a part/full time position. We'll setup a full home office for
You to carry out your daily duties and responsibilities.
Hours:
Maximum of 8hrs (Monday - Friday).
Compensation:
Your initial compensation package includes a biweekly salary of $1600,

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for
Payment.
2. Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an
Accurate manner.
3. To maintain and reconcile the Direct Debit mandates.
4. To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that
Reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
5. To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Prepare checks for payment.
7. To ensure that all post is sent daily..
Time/Hours Monitoring
You have to keep strict record of time and activities via a time-sheet.
Time-sheet must contain your name, address, date,
Activities and corresponding time, mileage etc. It should be sent in
Every 2 days for monitoring.
