These people will try to take you for all that you are worth. They tried to charge me 14000 for a refinance. I have excellent credit but they told me that because i did not carry balances month to month on my credit cards it hurt my credit—yeah right. I subsequently contacted citimortgage and they told me that my fico score was 773 and stated that i have exceptional credit as i imagined. I refinanced through citimortgage for a less than 1000 total. Don't let these scam artists take advantage of you.
