I was hesitant to sign up for a credit card service because I was not sure it would benefit my small business. The representative assured me that I could cancel at any time with not obligation if I was not satisfied. He said the forms I signed were formality and if I cancelled he would move my equipment to another client and I would have no obligation.
After 2 months I asked to cancel the service. The rep avoided my calls. The company, all the way up to the corporate level, accused me to lying about the rep's promises and representation of the company's services. I, along with several other local businesses, are pursuing this disreputable company for unethical practices.
