This bank knowingly violated the Dodd-Frank financial law by allowing a debit card transaction to be processed against an account without sufficient funds and then failed to reverse the transaction.in addition, when confronted by the issue Mr. Garret N Holland, acting on behalf of the bank, closed the follow up complaint without a response. We have not signed up for the extended overdraft protection but despite this the bank does what it wants instead of what is correct under the law.
Stay away from this bank. Their service has seriously deteriorated.
