Charge made before trial, cancelled by deadline and no refund

I requested anything on MediaCrawler and was billed $1.99. I had been subsequently advised it had been a "test" until February 7. I terminated it by that day through the hyperlink supply. Nevertheless, prior to the test day, $69.95, was billed anyway. I sent mail to [email protected] about this using the evidence of the termination and received no response. I submitted the e-mail to [email protected] and Facebook website today. I've yet to back from Avangate.
