After receiving a pay day loan of $150.00 from Gentel Breeze, i notice that when it was time to pay the balance or extend the balance, that the amount kept going up because they are charging a set up fee and finaicial charges, that increase each time the loan come up due.
I sent a letter to stop ACH debit authorizations per Regulation E Section 20510 Preautorized transfers. And requested there licensing information it was refused.
