Customer Service Reps: Lying must be customary in the Phillipines

A cash g deposit was designed to my consideration on February 25. Cash g joined the incorrect account number and also the cash visited the incorrect bill. Cash g delivered Rushcard a contact requesting the cash be transferred towards the correct consideration.

I approached Rushcard instantly telling them of the problem. I had been informed the cash could be on my consideration in 3 hours. 24 hours later I examined my stability with no resources have been transferred. I called back and was informed that it'd consider twenty four hours. 24 hours later however no resources. I called back and was informed that money gram had a need to deliver them a contact. I approached Cash g who confirmed the e-mail have been delivered. I contact Rushcard back and was informed they've the e-mail and cash could be on my consideration the following day. I examined the following evening but still no cash on my bill. I call-back to be informed they didnt possess the e-mail which the problem must be managed by corporate workplace. For this day, I still haven't received my resources and that I am annoyed from the customer support reps who repeatadely rest to clients to obtain them off the telephone.

I think it is difficult to genuinely believe that a business recommended with a mogul doesn't have contact info for that community to get hold of them regarding grievances. I had been informed with a boss the reps who're within the Philippines can only just contact corporate office via email.incredible. The moment I get my cash I'll not be applying Rushcard again. Icant not conduct business having a business who outsources and doesn't supply its WORKERS having a method to contact them apart from mail. And of course a business that has customer support reps that talk minimum Language and certainly will continuously lie to customers. I'm unhappy.

To become reasonable, I'll state that I've been a person of Rushcard for quite some time and so far haven't had a problem together. Like a long-standing client I likely to be handled like my company mattered. I suppose thats not how they are doing items within the Philippines.
