I tried using my card at a gas station and it kept getting denied. I checked online and they said I had to re-set my pin number. They allowed me to add more funds. I tried at the ATM machine and it would not accept it. I was able to load more funds. When I finally called to see what the problem was, they told me that I needed to verify my information and I did that also. They told me it would take 1-2 business days and it was never unblocked. I am still trying to get my money. I am very disappointed in Russell Simmmons and Rushcard. Are they preying on disadvantaged consumers? Also like other complaintants, I continued to get India representatives and there is only one number to call.
