Ray Cruz and his partner at the time. Andres Zamora, ripped me off for $10,000 on a Real Estate Deal. I put up $10,000 that was to be repaid in 2 years. They never repaid me, and say they do not owe me the money. I can show a wire transfer to them for the $10,000 and NO repayment was ever made. Watch out for these guys... I am sure that they will have a story to tell as to why they did not pay me back. I have email files to show that they used up the money and never had any contracts to do anything. They are BAD GUYS.
