Shady cancellation charges

I set my Netflix bill on-hold on Sept. 6. Which was your day my cost for the following month was due. They got my cost anyhow creating a sizable facility on my checking. I named and informed them I'm being charged for September 6 through March 6 and my consideration is assume to become on-hold. It's on-hold however they WOn't return my cost. I just need my cost back, they decline.
