I was subjected to a erroneous charge on my credit report from MCM Midland Funding llc. I wiped out a credit card debt eight years earlier from chapter 7, and they still are trying to secure the funds from me, even though the charges were all dropped eight years earlier. As of now I can only get a recording never a live person to go over my chapter 7 filing with me from eight years ago to prove this debt was supposed to be removed.
