Delivered all my delicate dаta: social protection amount, tax types for just two years, work background.invested $450 for still another evaluation. Shutting allegedly in a subject of months. As time increased near, I had been informed by Chris Hill, mortgage specialist, they might just provide me a portion of cash-out refi and pay-off my charge cards. Requested for refi only. Was told twice in 2 times, "I Will contact you in a half time"... NEVER HAPPENED! Was informed, which seems bad... I subtracted training supplies on my fees (university teacher) making my income drop. Given my income isn't large, had outstanding credit. Cited Fannie Mae guidelines... Not sure whether it's proper or not... Never noticed from BOB HILL, and that Iam out $450 AGAIN! SWINDLERS or dishonest at the very least. Today I respect mortgage refinancers in same class as additional questionable companies.
