I called in 5 weeks ago to cancel my husbands insurance and Colonial Penn told me they would send me the paper work to cancel. I sent a letter and certificate policy along with cancellation papers. They received the letter but nothing else, how's that possible when everything was mail together? And they still want to keep billing me so i can't be reimbursed! Every rep has gave me the run around and still wants a certificate when i've already sent it. But they claim they never got it when everything was mailed together. So i wonder, when i die are my loved ones going to have the same problem? So now i'm cancelling my insurance and i suppose they'll lose papers too so they won't have to be out money.
