Harrasement

I'm approximately thirty days late on the payment ($250) for my house equity mortgage, I get 8-10 calls every single day requesting the cost. Have previously told them, I'll be present by in a few days, and proceed to obtain harassing telephone calls. I've spoken to three administrators, and submitted grievances using the Calif atty Common office.

I am aware they are able to request the cost, but calling me every time-hour in a half is basic nuisance! I'm sure the folks calling me could be upset when they were named that frequently!
