I believe that Julian has teamed up with Florin olaru from Project bucovina to steal my business and my apartment in suceava.
Iulian Halac is a Thief and a Liar. He did work for me for many years and stole my business concepts and made competing websites while all the time lying to my face that he owned them. Anyone doing business with this man beware of the risks. He will pretend to be your friend while stabbing you in the back. He asked me to buy 30 computers and desks for people and stole them all from the office and pretended he did not know what happened when in fact he is using them now in his illegal business in Suceava Romania. He also stole my USA telephones from the office and used them in his own business.

He hacked my Gmail accounts to steal the telephone accounts.
He used the people hired for my projects to build websites for Suceava. 360 and Bucovina360 websites and many more websites for bucovina clients. So he had 0 cost in the websites he was selling behind my back with me paying for the people to make them.
He put root kits on my servers to steal information in case he was locked out of them
He made duplicates of my websites called OnlineReputationgroup.com and Postingonlygoodreviews.com
He is sending spam with my company website link in it to try to get my websites shut down.
He trashed the reputation of all the websites I owned and will do the same to you if you don’t pay him what he wants. Not what he is due.
He is a back stabber and a traitor and cannot be trusted
He lied and said Internet accounts that were in
He stole money from his own friends payroll by telling me he was paying people more than he was.
He stole all the contents of my apartment in Suceava.
He threatened to take my wife and children’s photos and change them to naked pics and distribute them.
He now has been kicked off 10 hosts for spamming in the last week alone.
