In April we applied for a loan with Collateral one. We gave our deposit of $199.00 and sent all of our personal information, bank account, social #, and driver license. Now as of June while we are waiting to close on our loan the company has been unresponsive and we have just found out the businees closed their doors.
We did not recieve a phone call and were never returned any of our personal information! Very disturbing. Not only did we loose out on the great interest rates at the time and our deposit, but someone that is a crook has all of our personl information.
