Emc mortgage, I believe, has deliberatly paid property taxes for me when they where told not to because I was disabled and over 65.in the state of texas I have the right under the texas property tax code 11.13 or 33.06 to apply for tax deffeal affidavit, which I did. They can not try to take my homestead away for deliqueint tax.
Emc was aware of this and still paid my taxes and opened an escrow account raising my mortgage payments from 380.00 to 604.00. Living on a limited income this is impossible for me to pay. Now they are threating forclosure.
How low can they go to try to deliberatly con a women that can not handle things things on her own. My name is Debra I am her daughter and I refuse to let these things go unnoticed. Please if you can help. Do not let these things happen to our elderly.
