Tax returns not filed

Hello,

I'd settled USD 160 towards tax-filing for this past year with IBSN Tax experts. After getting the cash they didn't react to emails or phone. I wrote to Ramesh krishnan and Lakshmi payalu but no reaction. They didn't actually document my people duty and that I had requested for reimbursement of cash, nevertheless they've not delivered my money back. I visited another duty advisor for processing my last decades return since this type of person not responding and that I dont have any info of what occurred towards the documents I delivered to them. Please don't visit this duty advisor for processing tax-return.
